Owner/Director
Ghislaine Sopher-Phillips
came back more intimately to the world of theater later in life after moving to the beautiful island of Oahu, HI. Top performances on island would be the Witch/Mother in Hansel and Gretel and joining each season with Hawaii Opera Theater. You may have recently seen her in Wicked Lit’s 2010 Halloween Festival, or as Cathy in SPTC’s backstage production of the Lost Formicans. When not performing, Ghislaine is often found behind the scenes, directing or producing, to include last year’s acclaimed production of Into the Woods Jr. at HSAC. It is Ghislaine’s sincere hope that she brings more to TrebleMakers than just professional expertise, but a passion and understanding of how a child’s involvement in the Performing Arts can help him or her in every facet of their lives.

Lead Instructor/Assistant Trainer
Allison Williams
has been with the TrebleMakers Family since 2009 and is often found training our newest employees in the many programs now offered by TrebleMakers. With a B.A. in History as well as classes in Child Development, American Sign Language, Performing Arts and Graphic Design, it should be no surprise that she is a strong asset to our team. When she is not teaching you can find her performing or costume designing at various theaters in the Ventura County area.

Colleen Donovan joins us as a student of Moorpark College looking to explore a Major in Child Development and Speech Pathology. In her free time she enjoys Latin dancing as well as playing the ukulele, piano, and drums with friends and other local musicians.

Kendra Smith, having a B.S. in Kinesiology, brings her experience with physical education for young children, experience with most forms of dance, classes in ASL, in addition to 12 years of piano playing and 6 years of piano teaching experience. When not studying for school or working, she can be found taking recreational dance classes at the local college or singing in impromptu chorus groups with other musicians.

Nicole Jackson joins us with 7+ years of music education, including experience in concert band ensembles, choral ensembles, and marching band field shows. She was a Girl Scout for many years, and has great enthusiasm and energy. In her spare time you can find her working hard toward her B.A. in Deaf Studies Education at Cal State University, Northridge.

Alli Himber is pursuing a B.A. in Music (vocal music performance), and has taken many classes in the music spectrum. She is involved with VH1’s Save the Music Foundation as well as The Fender Music Foundation. Alli was in Show Choir for three years in high school, and when she is not teaching, loves to write and record her own songs, perform in local musical theatre productions, and volunteer at different charities.
