School Setting
- A signed Registration Form must be received before your child’s first class.
- Sibling Discounts are available. Please contact us at (805) 526-8743 for further information.
- Parents will receive monthly Reminder Notices to advise them of class dates and fees owed and well as bi-monthly Newsletters to inform them of their child’s musical curriculum.
- A mandatory Registration Fee of $25 will be assessed to each New Student upon registration and each Returning Student every Fall. This fee includes the cost of a TrebleMakers T-Shirt, quarterly craft reimbursement, and quarterly instruments.
- There will be a NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee of $25 for any check returned by our bank. This NSF fee is in addition to charges your bank or our bank may present.
- Refunds are no longer available after the first week of classes, and make-up classes are held during months which contain five weeks of the day your child’s class is schedule.
- Parents are welcome to visit any class at any time. We request, however, you provide TrebleMakers with advanced notice if possible as to not disrupt the flow of the class.
- Discounts for immediate families of School Teachers and Administration Staff are available. Please contact us at (805) 526-8743 for further information.
- Parents also have the option of purchasing additional instruments and/or the quarter’s CD and accompanying Education Songbook with activity suggestions to guide you child through “share at home” play.
Parks & Recreation and First 5 Locations
- Please review our Class Locations tab for Registration & Pricing information for each specific location or call us at (805) 526-8743 for further assistance.
- Adults must be either in attendance (parent/child classes) or on the Campus throughout the duration of the class. Dropping off your student is not permitted by our Liability laws for any child six years of age or younger.
- Please no food, drinks, bottles, sippy cups, nor toys in the Classroom.
- Please keep all cellular phones turned either completely off or to a vibrate setting to avoid a disruption.
- Please leave social “chatting” to before and after class. During class, we request active parent/grandparent participation including modeling the instruments, echoing the call and response activities, and singing when songs are recognized.
- Please remind your children to respect our instruments; they are not toys.
- If you cannot attend a previously scheduled class, please call TrebleMakers at (805) 526-8743 and leave a message. Regular attendance is key to a successful educational program.
- Please reimburse any lab fee on the first day of class in order to receive you materials in a timely manner.
